Vacuum furnace is a single-chamber, vertical loading furnace with neutral gas pressurized or vacuum cooling. The furnace is compact with internal recirculating ventilation unit and heat interchanger. Chamber lining is made of graphitic heat-insulating material. Wide and light heating elements are assembled from the bent strips of graphite, forming continuous strips, located at 360º around the load. Furnace control system is mounted in the individual case, containing all the control instrumentation, and equipped with the human interface.
