The Diamondcut-500 precision rotary blade cutting machine is designed to perform high-precision cuts in metals, ceramics, carbides, earth and mineral materials.

The workpieces are grinded and polished on a Politouch 2H machine with sample rotation speed and direction and clamping force control, using proprietary grinding and polishing discs and diamond suspensions with different grain sizes.

The workpieces are electropolished and etched on an Electro-P device. Voltage and current are regulated within 0 – 60 V/0 – 25 A, with electrolyte supply intensity controlled. The process duration is also controllable.
