Regional event as part of the Second Ukrainian industrial week in the Dnepropetrovsk area was held on November 15 in the Dnepropetrovsk regional state administration, among the participants of which were representatives of the Dnepropetrovsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry, management companies of the Ukraine’s industrial estates, business community, employers’ organizations, industrial enterprises and exporting organizations, including Yuzhnoye State Design Office.

In addition to the delegation Yuzhnoye SDO also prepared a display, consisting of the following models: Cyclone-1MCyclone-4MAntaresZenit-3SL launch vehicles, domestic tactical ballistic missile system, Bliskavka supersonic aviation guided missile, Korshun cruise missile, as well as information materials on various lines of business of the design office. Olexander Bondarenko, head of the Dnepropetrovsk regional state administration, visited the display.

Regional discussions on the priority areas of the industrial transformation were held within the framework of the Second Ukrainian industrial week in the Dnepropetrovsk area on the following topics: «Export incentive», «Smart-specialization/clustering/industrial estates», «Participation of the domestic producers in the international value chains».

The Second Ukrainian industrial week is a series of regional events, which were held on November 4-15, 2019 and modelled after the EU Industry Day. The goals of the project are to provide the Ukrainian regional companies the possibility to show the industrial development potential, to construct dialogue with the state structures and to bring out possibilities for cooperation with European partners; and public authorities will receive high quality feedback for effective formation and administration of the industrial policy.
