The company tries out an innovative technology of robotic laser welding and surfacing on LRE dummy nozzle blocks with the prospects for further introduction of this technology and creation of robotic laser cutting, welding and surfacing bay at the company.
The robotic laser welding and surfacing technology has a number of advantages:
• high speed of articles welding and surfacing;
• high quality of welding and surfacing;
• possibility of welding local surface areas of complex configuration and difficult-to-access places;
• non-contact process ensuring easy automation of process;
• small area of thermal impact, absence of parts deformations;
